“Healing is not becoming the best version of yourself; healing is letting the worst version of yourself be loved” — Kobe Campbell

I walk alongside my clients as they tell their stories, navigate life, and make small and big changes. I am trained to provide thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment; however, therapy is so much more than that. I’ve seen the profound effect it can have on our selves, our relationships, and our lives.

I studied Human Development and Family Sciences at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and received my master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA . I’ve taught yoga and meditation for almost ten years now, both of which I incorporate into my therapy practice and my personal life. I have advanced training in perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and am a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Outside of the therapy room, I love snuggling up with my toddler and early mornings with coffee and a good book or podcast.
