“Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces” -Ann Voskamp
trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families located in Seattle, WA
Welcome. In our work together, I’ll support you in slowing down and stepping into the present moment, where you can observe your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and environment with greater clarity and compassion. Rather than trying to fix or avoid what’s hard, we’ll gently turn toward it—creating space for pain, fear, anger, grief, and resistance. I’ll help you untangle from unhelpful thought patterns, explore how old stories may be holding you back, and take meaningful steps towards healing and wholeness. With awareness, intention, and support, growth and change become possible. Along the way, I’ll be here to witness your courage and celebrate your growth.
My approach is evidence-based, yet deeply human. I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is rooted in mindfulness-based practices, to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system. I hold a non-pathologizing stance— recognizing that symptoms and disorders are messages to be understood, rather than problems to be solved. Lastly, I practice through a decolonized lens, orienting towards liberation and justice, and walking the delicate line between individual responsibility and the systems that impact our agency.
If you're longing for a safe, dedicated hour each week to slow down, breathe, reflect, and make changes, therapy is a powerful place to begin.
My therapy room is a space where all are welcome. I am committed to affirming and supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other historically marginalized communities. All identities and experiences are held with care and respect.

somatic therapy
A body-centered approach that uses our physical sensations as a pathway to healing. By gently connecting with the body, we can access and release stored tension, emotions, and trauma—supporting regulation, insight, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
mindfulness-based therapy
Using mindfulness and breathwork techniques to become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in the present moment—without judgment or urgency to change them— strengthening our ability to respond to life’s challenges with intention rather than reactivity.
talk therapy
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the roles your beliefs, feelings, stories, and behaviors play in your life, and compassionately explore the different parts of yourself—especially those that feel stuck, reactive, or in conflict.
